Mechanical Power Engineer

Job Responsibilities:We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Power Engineer (R&D) to lead the design and development of advanced laboratory equipment from concept to production.In this role, you will: Lead the design and development of innovative lab equipment.

Manage multiple R&D projects and ensure timely execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Automation, and Quality Control.

Oversee product development throughout the entire lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and technical requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Power Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in R&D, product development, or senior project engineering within manufacturing or laboratory equipment.

Proven leadership experience in cross-functional, multi-product environments.

Strong knowledge of BOMs, BOQs, product lifecycle management, and compliance standards.
