  • Supervise the installation and execution of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.).
  • Ensure all mechanical work complies with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, electrical, etc.) for smooth site operations.
  • Review shop drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Monitor material deliveries and mechanical subcontractor performance.
  • Report progress and issues to the Project Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Solid understanding of MEP systems in construction.
  • Familiarity with local codes and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).

Key Skills:

  • Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (MEP), and MS Office.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration.Years of Experience: 3–7 years in construction or contracting companies

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
