Mechanical Technical Head

We are looking for a highly skilled Mechanical Team Leader with a strong technical background in mechanical design.

The ideal candidate will lead the team technically, review design calculations, and ensure high-quality project delivery.

This role requires solid engineering knowledge more than just Revit skills.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and guide the mechanical design team on technical aspectsReview and validate design calculations (HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing)Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and design deliverablesEnsure compliance with international codes and project requirementsCoordinate with other disciplines (Architecture, Structure, Electrical)Support team members in solving complex technical issuesMonitor project progress and ensure deadlines are metMaintain quality standards across all deliverables

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering10-13 years of experience in mechanical designStrong technical knowledge in HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing systemsGood command of design codes (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)Good proficiency in Revit (not necessarily expert)Previous experience leading or mentoring a teamStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsNice to Have:Experience in BIM coordinationExperience working on large-scale projectsFamiliarity with local codes and authority requirements
