Mechanical Technical Office & Proposal Engineer

1)

Responsible for providing MEP engineering design review, coordination, and construction team technical support2)

Undertake all needed actions to complete a full study of new projects MEP technical specs, drawings, quantity surveying, and all required details3)

Complete all needed MEP cost estimation and pricing to support tendering team4)

Provide needed support to site technical office team in quantity surveying, interim payments, material submittals, technical negotiations…et5)

Complete all needed MEP technical shop drawings needed as per projects requirements6)

Completing site inspection requests for all running activities as per site progres7)

Ensuring work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed procedures, and method statements8)

Completing all needed MEP technical calculation and selection of relevant materials and specs as per approved standards. 9)

Complete MEP As-Built drawings as per projects requirement10)

Perform periodic site visits to ensure the quality of executed works11)

Resolve MEP problems that may arise on site to prevent project delay12)

Effectively control the utility consumption to achieve the required savings13)

Study, Design, and issue swimming pools MEP drawings following approved architecture design drawings.

Have extensive experience (3 years minimum) in STP & WTPSolid understanding of core concepts including mechanicsCreativity and analytical skillsAbility to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable mannerBSc degree in Mechanical EngineeringVery good computer skills, i.e.; specialized software, Autocad, water design software.
