Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Technical Office Engineer at EEC.

The role involves tasks such as creating shop drawings and preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Review tender documents, RFQs, technical specifications, and client requirements.Analyze project requirements and prepare technical and commercial inputs during the tendering stage.Design Surge Vessels and Pressure Vessels using PV Elite in compliance with applicable international codes and project specifications.Perform mechanical calculations and design verification for pressure vessels.Prepare project cost estimations and technical data sheets.Review fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and manufacturing documents.Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and actual site conditions.Coordinate with procurement, production, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare technical submittals and support client and consultant clarifications.Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, codes, and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of Pressure Vessel Design and Analysis.
• 5+ years of estimating experience in PV Elite.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and AutoCAD
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of international design codes and standards, including: ASME Section VIII Division 1 & 2 ANSI Standards API Standards EN Standards (preferred)
• Proficiency in PV Elite software.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
