Mechatronics Maintenance Engineer

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechatronic systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in automated machinery and production lines.Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new mechatronic equipment and systems.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and optimize equipment efficiency.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.Support the development and execution of maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability.Provide technical support and training to operators and junior staff on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.Stay updated on the latest advancements in mechatronics, automation, and maintenance best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Up to 1 year of relevant experience in mechatronics maintenance, automation, or a similar engineering role.Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and industrial automation components.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Willingness to work onsite and respond to urgent maintenance needs.Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
