Media Buyer - Fashion & Cosmatics

We're a growing fashion & clothing brand based in New Cairo, looking for a full-time Media Buyer to join our team from the office.You'll be responsible for:Planning, launching, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTokManaging ad budgets and achieving ROAS targetsCreating and testing ad creatives, copy, and audiencesAnalyzing campaign performance and providing weekly reports with actionable insightsCoordinating with the content and design team to produce high-performing creativesFollowing up with customers and leads step by step to maximize conversionsBringing fresh ideas for campaigns, angles, and growth strategiesManaging catalog ads, re-targeting, and lookalike audiences

2+ years of hands-on experience in media buying (Meta Ads is a must, TikTok Ads is a plus)Proven experience in fashion, clothing, or e-commerce brands specificallyStrong understanding of ad funnels, ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion trackingExperience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platformsAbility to analyze data and make budget/optimization decisions based on numbersHigh energy, proactive, and passionate about fashion and digital marketingStrong communication skills and ability to follow up with clients/leadsCreative thinker who brings new campaign ideas to the tableComfortable working full-time from our office in New CairoCulture fit matters: we value hustle, ownership, and a team-first mindset
