Key Responsibilities:✔ Handle customer inquiries across social media platforms, websites, and digital channels.✔ Guide customers throughout their purchasing journey and provide suitable product recommendations.✔ Convert customer inquiries into successful sales and support business growth.✔ Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and enhance retention.✔ Maintain a high-quality customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or any relevant medical field.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-oriented mindset with strong sales and persuasion abilities.Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or e-commerce is preferred.Ability to manage customer interactions and convert leads into sales.
