Manage domestic and international business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and visas, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.Oversee employee medical and health insurance administration, including enrollment, claims processing, pre-approvals, and coordination with insurance providers.Coordinate medical cases with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure smooth, efficient, and confidential handling of procedures.Handle travel and insurance-related emergencies and provide timely, effective support to employees.Maintain accurate records and reports for both travel and insurance activities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience in travel coordination, HR administration, or medical insurance operations.Strong knowledge of medical and health insurance processes, including claims and pre-approvals.Good understanding of travel arrangements, visa procedures, and international booking systems.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
