We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Medical Receptionist to join our polyclinic .
As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, managing appointments efficiently, and supporting smooth daily operations.
We are looking for someone with previous medical office experience who is patient, detail-oriented, and excellent at multitasking.
Experience:1–3 years as a receptionist, preferably in a medical clinic, hospital, healthcare setting, or similar front-desk role. (Many specify “previous experience in a clinic is a must” or “1–2 years in medical reception”.
Entry-level/fresh grad roles exist but are rarer for medical-specific ones.)Computer Skills:Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
Experience with clinic management software, CRM, or appointment systems is a big plus but not always mandatory.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
Strong customer service orientation (patient-friendly, polite, handling complaints).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Organized, detail-oriented, patient, and calm under pressure.
