BIM Coordinators (Electrical & Mechanical)We're looking for detail-driven BIM Coordinators to keep our projects running smoothly — from model quality to team coordination and everything in between.What You'll DoMaintain and audit 3D models, ensuring quality, compliance, and constructability standards are metManage project documentation, registers, and document management systems across all teamsDevelop and maintain federated models for coordination, issue reporting, and value engineeringEnsure compliance with project EIRs and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)Conduct quantity extraction, verification, and prepare quality reports on modelsCoordinate meetings, draft agendas, record minutes, and follow up on actionsManage information flow between internal and external stakeholders at project levelWhat You'll BringProven experience in BIM coordination across design and construction phasesStrong knowledge of 3D modelling, model auditing, and federated model managementFamiliarity with EIRs, BEPs, and industry compliance standardsExcellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreamsA collaborative mindset with experience engaging stakeholders at project level

Training:Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks , Autodesk Civil 3D , Autodesk Dynamo, Tekla (Where applicable), Synchro (Where applicable)
