• Technical office

Responsibilities: Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents for MEP systems.

Tendering projects, small scale.

Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement teams.

Ensure MEP drawings and documents are aligned with project specifications and BOQ.

Follow up on material approvals and technical submissions.

Support quantity surveying and preparation of as-built drawings.

Assist in resolving technical issues related to MEP works.

Maintain proper documentation and records for all MEP technical office activities.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 4–5 years of experience in Technical Office and Tendring works within MEP projects.

Good knowledge of shop drawings, submittals, BOQ, and project documentation.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
