MEP Site Engineer

Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.HVAC Expertise: Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment (VRF, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers).Quality Control: Conduct rigorous inspections to ensure all MEP works adhere to local regulations and engineering best practices.Technical Coordination: Resolve on-site technical challenges and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and the construction team to eliminate clashes.Documentation: Maintain accurate daily progress reports, site logs, and assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Experience: From 3-5 proven years of experience in MEP site supervision, with a strong technical background in HVAC systems.

Skills: Ability to interpret complex MEP drawings/schematics, proficiency in site management, and strong communication skills.Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, and comfortable working in a fast-paced site environment.
