MEP Site Manager

Prepare required reports regarding the work done on the site and submit them to the Construction Manager.Lead and Manager MEP site engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.Coordination with the technical office team in preparing the Request for Information “RFls" reports.Review workplaces and prepare reports regarding their readiness to start MEP works or not.Review the approved shop drawings from the consultant before starting MEP works.Review the contractual Bill of Quantities “BOQ" by the Project Manager.Review the preparation of the material quantity surveying and site Material Request and equipment required "MR" for it.Complete the works after the consultant’s notes (if any).Review the materials supplied to the site if they conform with the approval or not with coordination with the QC engineer.Prepare a matching request for the materials supplied to the site according to what has been approved and make a material inspection request "MIR" for the consultant with the help of a QC engineer.Follow up on the subcontractor/ casual labour in the usage of approved materials and required equipment.Review the warehouses regarding the materials stored in them.Monitor all MEP equipment on site along with the Construction Manager.

Education:Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical EngineeringCourses and Certifications:Professional certificate in Project Management (PRMG or PMP) or an MBA is preferred.Years of experience:+ 10 years of experienceComputer and programs Skills: The candidate should have hands on the following programs: -AutoCADMicrosoft OfficeHands on the following programs is a PLUS (Not Mandatory): -Revit MEPProject scheduling software (Primavera / MS Project)
