Merchandising Supervisor

Supervise and support the merchandising team to ensure effective execution of merchandising plans.Ensure products are displayed according to visual merchandising standards and planograms.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines.Analyze sales performance and provide recommendations to improve product visibility and sales.Train and coach merchandising staff to improve performance and efficiency.Ensure proper product placement, shelf management, and promotional displays.Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to support promotional campaigns.Prepare regular reports on merchandising activities, market trends, and competitor activities.

3–5 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or FMCG, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
