Microsoft Senior Systems Engineer

About the Role As a Senior Systems Engineer at RALLITON, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced hybrid cloud solutions, focusing on security, optimization, and innovation.

You’ll handle complex technical challenges, mentor team members, and play a key role in shaping infrastructure strategy.

Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and optimize advanced hybrid cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.Lead initiatives to enhance system security and performance.Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 E5 deployments.Analyze and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues.Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers.Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for infrastructure improvement.Engage with clients on high-level technical matters and strategic recommendations.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud computing.Certifications in Azure, Microsoft 365, or AWS preferred.Strong background in security and networking.Proven experience with Microsoft 365 deployments and administration.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and leadership skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Advanced client management skills.
