BIM Modeling & Drafting SupportAssist in developing BIM models using Autodesk RevitPrepare basic shop drawings, including:Layouts (plans, partitions, ceilings, flooring)Simple sections and detailsUpdate drawings based on senior team feedbackMaintain accuracy and consistency in all drawingsDocumentation & Data ManagementUpload and manage drawings on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Ensure correct versioning and document control proceduresCoordination SupportAssist in coordination between disciplines (Architectural, MEP, Structural)Help identify basic clashes under supervisionImplement corrections as directed by senior team membersSite & Project SupportRevise drawings based on site instructions and markupsSupport in preparing as-built drawingsAssist with quantity take-offs from BIM models when requiredStandards & Quality ControlDevelop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and familiesReview and validate drawings produced by junior team membersEnsure compliance with UAE authority requirements and company standardsMaintain consistency in documentation across all projectsLearning & DevelopmentContinuously improve skills in BIM tools and workflowsLearn company standards, detailing methods, and construction practicesParticipate in training sessions and team knowledge sharing

Experience1–3 years of experience in drafting or BIMPrevious experience in interior design or construction is a plusTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk RevitStrong working knowledge of AutoCADExperience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)Experience in clash detection workflowsStrong detailing capabilities, especially in joinery and fit-out elementsKnowledge & CompetenciesStrong understanding of shop drawing production and IFC packagesFamiliarity with fit-out construction methodologies and materials in GCCKnowledge of BIM standards and levels of development (LOD)
