MIS Manager

We are seeking an experienced MIS Manager to lead our Management Information Systems function by developing reporting frameworks, analyzing business performance, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent leadership capabilities, and advanced expertise in reporting and business intelligence tools.

Lead the MIS team and oversee daily reporting operations.Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and performance reports.Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to management.Monitor KPIs and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports.Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.Ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Develop and implement MIS policies, standards, and best practices.Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.Support senior management with ad hoc reports and strategic analysis.Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across all reporting systems.Train and mentor team members while driving continuous process improvement.
