Molds Engineer

Review and follow up the annual preventive and corrective maintenance plan for molds, in coordination with the department head.Monitor monthly purchase requests on SAP and ensure alignment with the approved budget.Prepare work schedules and distribute supervisors and technicians across shifts based on operational needs.Prepare technical drawings for required parts according to specifications.Train, develop, and periodically evaluate the team to enhance performance and achieve production targets efficiently.Review molds handover and receiving reports from production and quality to ensure molds condition and coordinate required maintenance activities.Monitor spare parts inventory levels using tracking sheets (Excel) to ensure availability.Supervise the team and provide technical guidance to ensure effective molds maintenance supporting production efficiency.Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety standards and 5S practices.Provide technical support to production departments to ensure achievement of production plans.Prepare and follow up on molds breakdown reports.Prepare molds maintenance reports (preventive & corrective).Issue comprehensive follow-up reports covering molds maintenance activities and performance.

Qualifications:2–5 years of experience in a relevant field.Skills:Strong communication skills.Problem-solving skills.Leadership skills.Analytical thinking.Proficiency in engineering design software.Experience in operating and programming CNC machines.
