Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Mortqa Platform Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and strategic development of our platform.
This role involves a blend of project management, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring our initiatives are delivered successfully and our users are fully supported.
Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate various projects, from inception to completion, utilizing modern project management tools.Manage and optimize the Mortqa platform, ensuring its smooth operation and continuous improvement.Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and course materials, leveraging LMS and other training methodologies.Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service.Streamline workflows and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.Utilize data-driven insights from CRM and other systems to inform decision-making and platform enhancements.Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.Skills/Technologies: This role demands a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Proficiency with CRM Systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly preferred, along with expertise in project management tools like Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
