Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field3 to 4 years of proven experience as a Motion Graphics DesignerStrong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and IllustratorHands-on experience with AI-powered design tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar platformsStrong understanding of design principles, composition, and visual storytellingAbility to integrate AI tools into motion workflows for ideation asset generation and production efficiencyExcellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within a team environmentAdditional certifications or relevant courses are a plus
