Music Content Manager

This full-time, on-site role, based in Cairo, Egypt, requires a Music Content Manager is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and improving the company’s full music catalogue.

This includes ensuring all songs and recordings are correctly documented, registered, updated, and available for use across digital platforms, licensing partners, and internal teams.Manage and maintain the music catalogue, ensuring all content, metadata, and rights information are accurate and up to dateReview and clean metadata to meet industry standards (ISRC, ISWC, UPC) and avoid errors or duplicatesCoordinate content delivery and updates across digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.), including releases, corrections, and takedownsSupport rights and licensing by ensuring complete and accurate ownership and catalogue dataMonitor catalogue performance and provide insights on streams, engagement, and growth opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams (A&R, Legal, Marketing, Royalties) to support releases, campaigns, and operations.

Experience in the music industry or content management (5 years & above preferred).Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Basic understanding of music rights, publishing, and digital distribution.Familiarity with platforms like Spotify for Artists, YouTube CMS, or content delivery systems.Good communication skills and ability to work with artists and internal teams.Ability to manage large volumes of data and work with spreadsheets/databases
