Networks & IT Technical Support Trainer

Assess the training needs of students and tailor programs accordingly.Assist and evaluate the Tools and Assets needed for efficient standardized IT lab.Assist/plan the training annual plan to cover the training needs and strategic goals of the Foundation related to educational objectives and trainers’ development.Deliver all CISCO Networking and Administration related core courses.Execute training and development programs throughout the networkProvide instruction on IT networking, particularly CISCO technologies.Support trainees in understanding networking concepts and protocols.Conduct hands-on exercises and practical demonstrations to reinforce learning.Register to the CISCO Academy Portal for continuous training and development.Register students on the CISCO Academy courses platform and oversee implementation of quizzes and students’ successful completion of courses.Develop a library of lesson plans, training exercises and exams to ensure a continuous quality of training.Keep aware of latest developments in the ICT sector

Educational Requirements:B.Sc. in any discipline with required certificationsSpecial Certification or Training Required: Proficiency in CISCO networking and administration.Familiarity with CISCO networking technologies.Required Industry Experience: 1- 2 years as IT Trainer Language Requirements: Fluent Arabic, Fluent English
