Occupational Health Nurse

Provide first aid and primary medical care for workplace injuries and emergency cases????

Manage and supervise the factory clinic operations????

Monitor and maintain the validity and availability of medical equipment and medications????

Conduct daily inventory checks of clinic medicines and first aid supplies????

Review and maintain first aid kits across the factory????

Respond to workplace emergencies such as wounds, fainting cases, and minor medical procedures????

Accompany critical cases that require transfer to hospitals????

Prepare daily medical reports and statistics for simple and critical cases????

Ensure proper sterilization and hygiene of medical equipment????

Deliver First Aid training sessions for employees when required????

Coordinate with internal departments regarding health and safety cases

✔ Technical Nursing Degree✔ Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments✔ Previous experience in factory clinics or occupational health is highly preferred✔ Strong ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally✔ Good reporting and documentation skills✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills✔ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
