OD Team Leader

Develop and implement OD strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.Lead and mentor a team of OD professionals.Design and manage the Performance Management System, ensuring alignment with KPIs.Develop and maintain the Organizational Chart and Job Descriptions.Conduct Job Analysis to ensure roles are effectively defined and structured.Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD interventions, making data-driven adjustments as needed.Collaborate with senior management to identify and address organizational needs.
