Odoo Functional Consultant

Job Description:Makhlouf Sons Co. for Plastics is looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant with a strong accounting background to join our team.The role will involve supporting the implementation and daily use of Odoo across the company, especially in accounting, inventory, manufacturing, purchasing, sales, and warehouse operations.We are looking for someone who understands both Odoo and accounting, and who can help connect the company’s daily operations with proper financial reporting and control.The person will work with management, finance, and department heads to understand company requirements, configure Odoo modules, improve workflows, train users, and coordinate with developers when customizations or reports are needed.

Requirements:Experience as an Odoo Functional ConsultantStrong accounting backgroundBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related fieldGood understanding of Odoo Accounting and other Odoo modulesGood knowledge of journal entries, taxes, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reportingExperience in manufacturing companies is preferredGood understanding of inventory, purchasing, sales, production, costing, and warehouse workflowsKnowledge of inventory valuation, production costing, bill of materials, work orders, stock movements, and warehouse accountingAbility to understand business needs and turn them into system requirementsGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to train users and explain things clearlyExperience coordinating with developers for customizations, reports, or integrations is a plusArabic and English are preferred
