Odoo Implementer

Lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations.Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.Translate business needs into Odoo functional and technical solutions.Configure and deploy Odoo modules based on organizational needs.Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.Configure core modules such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, HR, Inventory, and Manufacturing.Work with developers for required customizations.Support system integration with third-party applications.Conduct testing (UAT, system testing) and resolve issues.Support go-live and post-implementation activities.Provide user training and documentation.Deliver ongoing support and system enhancements.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.3–6 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably Odoo, with hands-on configuration and implementation experience.Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and architecture.Basic understanding of Python for customization.Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases.Understanding of APIs and system integrations.Knowledge of ERP workflows and business processes.
