Odoo Implementer

Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and customize Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements.

Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into system solutions.

Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Prepare system documentation and user manuals.

Support continuous improvement and optimization of Odoo processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation and support.

Strong understanding of Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, etc.).

Experience in business process analysis and ERP implementation projects.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
