Key Responsibilities:.- Oversee daily administrative office operations.- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management.- Supervise administrative staff and distribute tasks.- Prepare administrative reports and follow up on decisions.- Organize and maintain office documentation and records.- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth workflow.- Handle official correspondence and communication.- Monitor office supplies and administrative needs..
