Manage the Chairman’s office operations and daily agenda.Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive schedules.Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information.Prepare, collect, and distribute documents for Board & General Assembly meetings.Prepare reports, presentations, and executive documents.Liaise with senior management and external stakeholders.Organize travel arrangements and official visits.Follow up on strategic tasks and executive decisions.Ensure smooth internal communication across departments.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and managementMaintain organized filing systems and office operations
Minimum 8+ years of experience in executive office management.Previous experience supporting the Chairman/CEO level.Experience in preparation of Board Meetings & relative official authorization.Excellent command of English (spoken & written).High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Presentable and detail-oriented personality.
