Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and proactive Dispatcher to support our last mile delivery operations in Saudi Arabia.

The role will be remote from Egypt, where the dispatcher will monitor orders, assign deliveries to drivers, and coordinate with the operations team in KSA to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries within the required SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:Monitor incoming orders and assign them to drivers based on location, SLA, and capacityTrack deliveries in real time to ensure on-time performanceCommunicate with drivers to resolve operational issues or emergenciesCoordinate with the operations team in Saudi Arabia to manage daily workloadsHandle exceptions such as delays, cancellations, or failed deliveriesEnsure optimal routing and driver utilizationMaintain service quality and meet operational KPIs

Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in a delivery or logistics company (Last Mile preferred)Previous experience as a Dispatcher or Operations CoordinatorStrong understanding of delivery operations and routingAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneouslyGood communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Experience using delivery management or dispatch systems is preferredReliable internet connection and ability to work remotelyWorking Model:Remote work from EgyptSupporting daily delivery operations in Saudi ArabiaWorking hours aligned with KSA operations (shift-based coverage)
