Operation & Maintenance HVAC Engineer

Oversees corrective & preventive maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and longevity of plant equipment, minimizing the risk of breakdowns and disruptionsLead O&M team of supervisors and technicians to ensure the smooth functioning of plant equipment and facility.Implement strategies and plans set by company & plant manager to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness.Effectively communicate and respond to any client requests related to site operation.Proactively identify and resolve operational and maintenance challenges.Lead the team in adhering to QHSE standards through preventive maintenance practices, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.Motivate team members and promote teamwork.Prepare requested reports on operational activities and maintenance progress.

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.Field: HVAC (Central air conditioning stations)2-3 year of experience.Ability to work in a team.Knowledge of different systems that are included in the HVAC stations.Good technical back ground.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Effective leadership skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and commitment to quality
