Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate between site engineers, technical office, procurement, and accounting teamMonitor project progress in alignment with timelines and defined milestones Link client payments with execution stages and procurement flow Develop and maintain detailed project schedules Follow up on material requests and supplier deliveries, ensuring deadlines are met Prepare weekly project status reports with clear insights Identify delays proactively and resolve coordination gaps between departments Track operational challenges and drive solutions to maintain workflow efficiency

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture or Civil) 1–3 years of experience in finishing, construction, or interior design projects Strong understanding of project lifecycle and execution flow Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Excel or project management tools Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication skills with consistent daily follow-up
