Operation Specialist

We are hiring a Junior Operations Specialist to join a fast-growing startup in the food industry.

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations across both B2C and B2B channels.

Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage daily orders across B2C (online) and B2B (retail partners & hypermarkets)Coordinate with delivery partners and platforms to ensure timely fulfillmentHandle operational issues and resolve incidents efficientlyManage customer inquiries and complaints with a high level of professionalismMonitor order flow and identify areas for process improvementMaintain strong communication between internal teams and external partners

2–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or a similar roleStrong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skillsCustomer-centric mindset with excellent communication abilitiesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentGood organizational and coordination skillsFamiliarity with delivery platforms or e-commerce operations is a plusBased in Cairo and able to attend occasional on-ground work in Maadi
