Operational Excellence Engineer

Continuous Improvement & ProductivityLead continuous improvement initiatives, acting as a change agent to drive sustainable performance enhancement.Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and coordinate action plans with cross-functional teams.Identify and validate cost saving opportunities using cost deployment tools and monitor implementation progress.Optimize resource utilization (systems, assets, manpower) to enhance productivity and efficiency.Performance Monitoring & Data ManagementDevelop and monitor plant performance KPIs, ensuring accuracy and relevance of data.Support the evolution of industrial information systems to enhance data availability and analysis capability.Link technical results to financial impact through structured loss analysis and cost deployment.WCM DeploymentPromote and embed WCM culture through coaching, involvement, and structured communication.Facilitate deployment of WCM pillars and track progress against site objectives.Lead and support Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives.Coordinate with Central WCM teams on standards, tools, and rollout plans.Conduct internal WCM audits and follow up on certification requirements.Project Management & GovernanceTrack improvement projects through steering committees and support top management in project prioritization.Lead preparation and reporting of operational KPIs, balanced scorecards, and cross-functional performance reviews.Support internal control requirements across Operations.Training & Capability DevelopmentDevelop digital training content with technical experts and manage deployment through the BOOST learning platform.Monitor and report training completion across relevant teams.Coach team members and project leaders on CI methodologies and tools.5S & Workplace ExcellenceCoordinate site-wide 5S implementation and ensure sustainability through audits and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering.Relevant industrial experience in continuous improvement, methods, or operations.Green Belt or Six Sigma certification is required;

WCM experience is preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.Excellent English proficiency and advanced MS Office / Excel skills.Strong technical understanding of industrial processes.Proven ability to lead change and engage teams at all organisational levels.Curious, structured, and results-orientated mindset.
