Operational Excellence Manager

Lead Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.

Implement Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other improvement methodologies.

Develop and monitor KPIs to measure operational performance and improvement progress.

Collaborate with different departments to streamline workflows and improve operational standards.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action plans for operational issues.

Drive standardization of processes and ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.

Support digital transformation and automation initiatives related to operations.

Conduct training sessions and coaching programs to build a continuous improvement culture.

Manage improvement projects and ensure execution within timeline and budget.

Coordinate with production, supply chain, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to achieve operational targets.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Previous experience within manufacturing or industrial companies is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement methodologies.

Experience in KPI analysis, performance management, and operational reporting.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership and project management abilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is preferred.
