- Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks across different business functions.
- Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls.
- Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to identify potential risk exposures and emerging trends.
- Monitor operational risk incidents, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Follow up on risk mitigation plans and ensure timely implementation of agreed corrective actions.
- Review and update operational risk policies, procedures, and risk registers.
- Prepare periodic operational risk reports and dashboards for management.
- Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities and testing exercises.
- Ensure compliance with applicable FRA regulations and internal risk management policies.
- Coordinate with business and support functions to enhance risk awareness and strengthen the internal control environment.s.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in Operational Risk Management, preferably within banking or financial institutions.
- Good understanding of Operational Risk Management frameworks and methodologies.
- Practical knowledge of RCSA, Risk Assessment, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Experience in operational risk incident reporting, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation.
- Knowledge of internal controls, COSO Framework, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Very good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
