Operations Analyst – Platforms

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to remotely monitor and analyze ordering platforms such as Drivu, Beanz, Keeta, Talabat and others.

Key Responsibilities: Track daily orders, sales, and cancellations Analyze performance changes and identify issues Reconcile data between platforms, POS, and bank records Monitor platform KPIs and recommend improvements to increase sales and overall performance Prepare clear daily/weekly reports

Requirements: Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Excellent attention to detail Strong numerical and analytical skills Basic understanding of POS systems is a plus
