Operations & Pricing Executive. Freight Forwarding

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive, results-driven, and highly organized Operations & Pricing Executive to join our growing Freight Forwarding and Logistics team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily freight operations, developing strong relationships with overseas agents and customers, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring smooth execution of shipments across sea, land, and multi-modal transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end freight forwarding operations for import and export shipments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents, carriers, and logistics partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Obtain, negotiate, and secure competitive freight rates from shipping lines, agents, and service providers.
• Prepare quotations and pricing proposals for customers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate shipment bookings and monitor cargo movement until successful delivery.
• Follow up on operational issues and provide effective solutions to customers and partners.
• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships.
• Work closely with the Sales team to achieve company targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Ensure accurate documentation and operational compliance.
• Monitor market trends, freight rates, and industry developments.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.2–7 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations.Strong knowledge of sea freight, land freight, and multi-modal transportation.Experience dealing with international agents, shipping lines, and logistics service providers.Proven experience in freight pricing and rate negotiations.
