Operations & Product Development Manager (Remote - Egypt)

We are building a fresh fruit delivery company in the United States and looking for a motivated Operations & Product Development Manager to help build the business from the ground up.This person will work directly with the founder to design products, organize operations, and create systems that allow the company to scale.

Responsibilities:

• Design fruit box products and product offerings
• Research customer preferences and market trends
• Create product descriptions, pricing ideas, and packages
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Organize inventory tracking systems
• Coordinate with suppliers and operations
• Help improve customer experience
• Analyze sales data and suggest improvements
• Help build a scalable business model
