Operations Manager – Multi-Branch OperationsCompany: Pearl Boutique Location: Cairo, Egypt (with frequent field visits to all branches)Job Type: Full-timeWe are looking for a results-driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations across all our branches.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can improve performance, implement systems, and drive profitability.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage operations of all company branches, ensuring consistent standards and high performance.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, inventory turnover, shrinkage, operational costs, and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular field visits to branches to evaluate performance, identify issues, and provide hands-on support.
Train, coach, and evaluate branch managers to build a high-performing team.
Optimize supply chain, inventory management, and logistics processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Prepare monthly and quarterly operational reports and present insights to senior management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management, with at least 3 years handling multi-branch operations (Retail / F&B / Distribution experience is a strong plus).
Proven track record in improving branch performance and achieving business targets.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management software, and advanced Excel (Dashboards & Pivot Tables).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Willingness to travel frequently between branches.
