Operations Manager

Apexos Food & Beverage is an emerging company operating a multi-brand production facility dedicated to the coffee industry.

We currently manage two brands: Rafima Coffee Roasters and Mestila Coffee.

Both offering a premium portfolio that includes espresso, Turkish coffee, and Nespresso compatible capsules.

Lead all factory operations and full management of its team.Plan, organize, and supervise daily coffee roasting, grinding, and packaging operations.Ensure production schedules align with sales forecasts, order submissions, and inventory targets.Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance.Oversee all quality assurance processes to meet company standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, HACCP, NFSA)Manage procurement and inventory of raw materials (green beans, packaging materials, etc.)Ensure proper storage conditions and stock rotation (FIFO principles).

Minimum 5 years of experience of leadership/management in the Food & Beverage industry.Familiarity with quality requirements/regulations of ISO and NFSA.Excellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to design, implement, and optimize production workflows for maximum efficiency.Experience in the coffee industry is a plus.
