- Create and implement a business plan and strategy for our agency based on pre-discussed KPIs (number of sales, average spend, etc.)
- Set targets and objectives for both the agency as a whole as well as individual team members.
- Actively find ways to better promote our agency to increase our customer base and footfall on site.
- Find ways to both monitor and improve customer satisfaction rates.
- Report progress and present store statistics to our board of directors on a regular basis (e.g. monthly).
- Revise and optimize agency policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Lead the team and guide, assist, and support where necessary to ensure great employee satisfaction and retention.
- Degree in Management, Business Studies, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience running a travel agency and managing a team.
- Highly analytical and strategic mindset.
- Incredibly organized and structured in your working.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate and present agency progress to our board of directors.
- Expert at sales and a strong negotiator.Must have an experience in travel agencies companies.
