Create and implement a business plan and strategy for our agency based on pre-discussed KPIs (number of sales, average spend, etc.)
Set targets and objectives for both the agency as a whole as well as individual team members.
Actively find ways to better promote our agency to increase our customer base and footfall on site.
Find ways to both monitor and improve customer satisfaction rates.
Report progress and present store statistics to our board of directors on a regular basis (e.g. monthly).
Revise and optimize agency policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability
Lead the team and guide, assist, and support where necessary to ensure great employee satisfaction and retention.
Degree in Management, Business Studies, or related field.
At least 8 years of experience running a travel agency and managing a team.
Highly analytical and strategic mindset.
Incredibly organized and structured in your working.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to clearly communicate and present agency progress to our board of directors.
Expert at sales and a strong negotiator.Must have an experience in travel agencies companies.
