Operations Manager

- Leading and developing production processes within the factory to ensure the highest levels of operational efficiency and quality, in line with the company's strategies and global industry standards.- Develop and execute production strategies and operational plans to meet business targets.- Oversee all manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence methodologies.- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards (e.g., ISO/TS).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehousing , production, , Planning) to ensure smooth operations.- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to foster a high-performance culture.Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field).· Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, · Strong background in the automotive industry or related sectors.· Solid knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices.· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.· Excellent leadership and communication skills.· Proficiency in English and computer applications.
