Operations Manager

Job Requirements – Operations ManagerBachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.MBA or a postgraduate qualification in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management is preferred.10–15 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations within the FMCG industry.Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role overseeing production and plant operations.Proven experience managing multiple manufacturing facilities is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Occupational Health & Safety, and food safety standards.Demonstrated experience in production planning, capacity planning, cost optimization, and operational excellence.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational KPIs and performance metrics.Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams across multiple departments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong project management and change management capabilities.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.Willingness to travel between manufacturing sites as required.
