Operations Specialist

Coordinate daily operational activities across the showroom and supporting departments.Monitor and follow up on cars deliveries to ensure timely completion.Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and Service departments to ensure smooth workflow.Track operational KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports.Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.Follow up on pending transactions and resolve operational bottlenecks.Participate in projects aimed at improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in operations within the automotive industry.Strong knowledge of automotive dealership operations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Experience with ERP or dealership management systems is preferred.
