Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle EBS HEMS modules.Design and configure Oracle EBS HEMS solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.Perform technical development and customization using Oracle tools (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow) to meet specific business needs.Conduct rigorous testing of configurations and customizations, ensuring high quality and performance.Provide expert functional and technical support for Oracle EBS HEMS, troubleshooting issues and offering timely resolutions.Lead user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to empower end-users.Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum benefit.Contribute to data migration strategies and execution for HEMS-related data.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong foundation in Computer Science principles coupled with deep expertise in Oracle and specifically Oracle EBS.

Required Skills:Strong experience in Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and Performance Management.Ability to gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.Experience in Oracle HRMS configurations, Fast Formula, Workflow, APIs, and integrations.Strong technical knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Interfaces.Experience in implementation and support projects.Minimum 5+ years of Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional experience.
