Painting Engineer (wood)

- Plan and supervise daily painting processes to ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.- Verify readiness of wood surfaces, materials, and paint components before starting production activities.

• Monitor paint, thinner, and finishing material consumption and ensure efficient utilization of resources.- Analyze material variances, waste, and rework causes and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with Quality Department to ensure finished products meet approved quality and finishing standards.
• Supervise technicians and labor teams to ensure proper execution of painting and finishing activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to production output, material consumption, waste, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and chemical handling procedures within the painting area.

Bachelor's Degree in: Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering (Preferred for coating backgrounds).Experience: From 3–5 years of experience in wood finishing, furniture painting, coating operations, or manufacturing environments, preferably within furniture manufacturing.

Computer Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, ERP Systems, Production Reporting Systems.

English skills: Intermediate, can communicate clearly in routine work situations and write simple emails or reports.

Knowledge: Wood Finishing Processes, Furniture Painting Systems, PU, Polyester, NC & Water-Based Coatings, Surface Preparation Techniques, Paint Application Methods, Material Consumption Control, Production Operations.
