Part-Time Cold Caller

Team members contribute to meaningful work that supports people in transition and helps them secure their next role.Role Description This is a part-time remote Cold Caller role focused on reaching out to potential hiring contacts and candidates.

On a daily basis, the Cold Caller will make outbound calls, introduce InterviewDirects’ services, and explain how the platform connects job seekers with hiring professionals.

The role includes gathering basic information, confirming interest, and scheduling follow-up conversations or referrals.

The Cold Caller will document call outcomes in simple tracking tools, share insights with the team, and follow scripts while adjusting messaging based on the needs of each contact.

Collaboration with team members to refine outreach strategies and improve call effectiveness is expected.

English Fluency (American Accent preferred)Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and professional phone presence.Ability to follow call scripts while adapting to different audiences and conversation flows.Comfort with making a high volume of outbound calls and handling rejection or objections respectfully.Basic data entry and organizational skills to log calls, track outcomes, and manage simple contact lists.Self-motivated and reliable, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Empathy and professionalism when speaking with laid-off or job-seeking individuals.Prior experience in cold calling, customer service, sales, or recruiting support is beneficial but not required.Access to a quiet workspace, stable internet connection, and equipment suitable for making calls.
