Patient Experience Specialist

A leading Hair Transplant & Aesthetic Clinic in Mohandeseen is looking for a Patient Experience Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience for patients from their first contact with the clinic until the completion of their treatment journey.

Responsibilities:Handle patient inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media channelsSchedule and coordinate appointmentsFollow up with patients before and after consultations and proceduresWelcome and assist patients during their clinic visitsCoordinate with doctors and the clinic team to ensure smooth operationsMaintain patient records and follow-up reports

Requirements:Bachelor's degreeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsVery good to excellent English (spoken and written)Presentable and professionalStrong organizational skills and attention to detailCustomer service experience is a plusExperience in clinics, healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferredLocation:Mohandeseen, Giza
